What’s a Podcast?
Podcasts are audio files that are automatically delivered to your computer and they can be transferred to your iPod or other MP3 player or burned on to a CD. My podcasts are a series of audio articles about real estate and homes for sale in Niagara.
Do I need an iPod to listen to a podcast?
No. While many podcast users do listen to podcasts on their portable player, you can listen to them right from your computer using a media player such as Window Media Player, Real Player, or Quicktime Player . You, however, will need speakers for your computer. Podcasts vary in size and the time to download podcasts will vary with the size of the file being downloaded and the speed of your internet connection.
