Welcome PodcastMy name is Lorna Costantini. I am a sales representative for Royal LePage Niagara Real Estate Centre Inc. Since 1995 when I was first licensed I have seen considerable growth in the use of the Interent and watched this growth slowly transform the Real Estate Industry.
When I developed my first Real Estate web site in 1995 I was one of the few using the technology and attracted clients simply by answering my email.
Today educated consumers, like yourself, use the information they find by Googling and surfing the net to make decisions about what they buy.
In the case of Real Estate, the Internet allows you to drive by houses on the Interent and make some decisions about the house you want to buy without leaving your computer.
